TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Introduction

Welcome to Cabo Pulmo Travel. By booking a service, purchasing products, or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

 

1. Bookings and Reservations

1.1. All bookings are subject to availability.

1.2. A non-refundable deposit of 10% is required to confirm a reservation. The balance is due before the dive.

1.3. Bookings can be made online, via phone, or in-store.

1.4. You must provide accurate information during the booking process. We are not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect information.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

2.1. Cancellations made 3 days or more prior to the scheduled dive will receive a 100% refund.

2.2. Cancellations made within 3 days of the dive date are non-refundable.

2.3. No-shows on the day of the dive will forfeit their payment.

2.4. Weather-Related Cancellations: In the event that a dive is canceled due to unsafe weather conditions or sea states, customers will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid, including the deposit.

Safety is our top priority, and we will always act in the best interest of our divers. Alternatively, customers may choose to reschedule their dive at no additional cost.

3. Diving Requirements

3.1. All divers must hold a valid diving certification. Proof of certification may be required.

3.2. Divers must be physically fit to dive. A medical questionnaire must be completed prior to diving.

3.3. If a diver has a medical condition that could affect their safety, a doctor’s clearance may be required.

3.4. Dive shop reserves the right to refuse service if safety standards are not met.

4. Equipment Rental

4.1. Rental equipment is provided based on availability.

4.2. Equipment must be returned in the same condition it was received. Any damages or losses will incur additional charges.

4.3. Renters are responsible for inspecting their equipment before use.

5. Liability and Waivers

5.1. All customers must sign a liability waiver before participating in any dive activities.

5.2. The dive shop is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during any dive or activity unless caused by our proven negligence.

5.3. Divers are responsible for their personal belongings during dives. We recommend securing valuables or leaving them in a safe location.

6. Safety Policies

6.1. All divers must follow the instructions of their dive guide or instructor.

6.2. Dive shop reserves the right to cancel or modify dives if weather, sea conditions, or other factors compromise safety.

6.3. Divers under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any impairing substances will not be allowed to dive.

7. Age Restrictions

7.1. Divers must be at least 10 years old to participate in certain activities.

7.2. Minors (under 18) must have a parent or guardian’s consent and may be required to dive with an adult.

8. Website Use

8.2. Unauthorized use of our website or any misuse of content is prohibited.
